SIRIUS Test Kits

ALPHA-AMYLASE

Measures enzyme activity in the lab or on the production floor.

Our α-amylase test kits contains a box of six tests with all the necessary tools you need to measure α-amylase activity in regular and green barley malt, malt extract as well as regular wheat malt. The assay measures from 10 to 100 DU/g.

Our assays are calibrated up against EBC standards and are suitable for both process optimization and product release.

Kit consists of 6 tests in a pack.

BETA-AMYLASE

Measures enzyme activity in the lab or on the production floor. Our β-amylase contains a box of six tests with all the necessary tools you need to measure β-amylase activity or diastatic power in regular and green barley malt, high DP-malt, malt extract as well as regular wheat malt.

The quantifiable measurement range is from 30 to 900 ˚WK and is designed specifically for each mentioned application.

Our assays are calibrated up against EBC standards and are suitable for both process optimization and product release.

Kit consists of 6 tests in a pack.

CIP PROTEASE KIT

With this kit, it is easy for CIP operators and field technicians to measure protease activity in enzyme-based cleaning processes. It is designed to be used on the production floor, without a full laboratory, to follow enzyme activity from the beginning to the end of cleaning. It can be used to measure protease activity before (as intake control), under (for process optimization) and after CIP (for validation of protease absence in rinse).

Kit consists of 20 tests in a pack.
