3-step profile

The 3-step product is designed to optimize a mashing profile with a protein rest (normally at 50-55 °C), and two saccharification steps, a beta-amylase rest (normally at 63-67 °C) and alpha-amylase rest (normally at 70-72 °C). We will send you a sampling set to collect 11 samples from your mash program according to our instructions. You will return the samples to us in the provided cooling box. Soon afterward, you will receive a report and a new mash profile based on the enzymatic activity of the provided samples.
