Traveling is always exciting, but traveling to see the latest research, innovation and meet their creators is absolutely exhilarating.
A week ago, the GlycoSpot team set out for the second time to visit the IFT Food Expo in Chicago. Interesting topics about enzyme research, new enzymes used for recipes or process optimization and approaches to displacing costly or vulnerable ingredients in your recipes were of special interest to us as we continuously aim to improve and develop our own products to address the issues faced by the industry today and in the future.
After inspiring discussions with interesting people at IFT ‘18 at a wonderful location and in a pleasant atmosphere –we intend to do just that!
