4th International Bakery Conference at Campden BRI


International Bakery Conference at Campten BRI brought together all parts of the bakery industry, from wheat and ingredient suppliers, bakeries, equipment manufacturers, trough to retailers and companies supplying product testing equipment. 
We had a great time discussing enzyme screening and new substrate development advantages in understanding the link between dough properties and a final product. 
Presentations included topics about "Reducing waste in bread roll plants by application of novel technologies", "The potential of enzymes for freshness and flavour generation in baked goods" and many more.
