6th C&E Spring Meeting in Amsterdam

6th C&E spring meeting was focusing on the importance of cereals and wheat. Especially, its importance in our daily diet, nutritional aspects and the scientific progress in breeding and processing. What can we do today and what the future will look like? Special attention was dedicated to the insight and knowledge of enzymes in processing grains for food and beverages, feed and non-food.

What we can offer is:

•  Enzyme activity quantification in raw material

•  Measurements for improvement of shelf-life and increase of production yield

•  Control of processing aids towards clean label products
