GlycoSpot offers enzyme screening solutions that provide the food industry with valuable information about the current levels of enzyme activity in raw materials. This knowledge opens the possibility for the industry to assess the need for adding enzymes or whether you possibly can mix several commodities and thereby achieve the same effect. Industrial bread, fruit juice and marmalades manufacturers will be able to reduce the use of technical additives by 15-20%, reduce hands-on-time substantially in more than one operations and reduce waste production by 2-3%. The technology will initially compliment previous measurement methods, and eventually replace these as it can be measured directly on more and more different enzyme classes and quality processes in the industry.
